Who's All Reading?
Oct 20: 8:26 pm: It's my mother's birthday on Earth and I'm sure my late parents would be pleased with my full-time position in the work force after almost a year now. I got so wrapped up in my music and poetry and dialogues, trying to write my way past all those thousands of forgotten posts I shared in my 1999-2007 Blogger account that it consumed a good ten years of my life. I thought maybe someone in this rotten business might have a heart and let me have a little success with my own work after so many stars did so well with it, but I know better now. It's never too late to learn. If I was the kind of person who needed to be worshiped as a star, I doubt my music or poetry or dialogues would appeal to anyone. There's a big difference between being an artist and being a star. An artist's goal is to write a good song or poem or story, but a star only wants to be worshiped and paid. There are too many stars and not enough artists these days, and the vast theft and plagiarizing of my posts here proves it. That's why I'm glad that COVID has interrupted the concert scene and other irresponsible public events. But they still try to make money by posting my work somewhere else outside of my account here. When they steal my things, they tell nasty lies about me. These lies spread quickly, and I may even catch sight of someone on her cellphone commenting about 'lies' to the party on the other end as I walk past her on the street. I may wonder if the 'lies' she's laughing about are the same ones that have ruined almost every day of my life since I started sharing my quality work that I struggle to produce. Also, I broke my video camera a year ago and only replaced it yesterday, so if any new videos of me have popped up since I shared the above song last year, it's just another monster playing games with your heart using my music.[End of insertion.] I've had a chance to look at some new documentaries about modern times. In particular, I wanted one that would debunk some of the wild conspiracy theories surrounding the current COVID crisis. I found a German one that featured a French intellectual who spoke of our 'cognitive biases' which are often exploited by irresponsible news broadcasters to create a sensation and increase their popular support. Sorry I can't recall the title, Democracy of the Gullible or something. I agreed with most of what it had to say. I think the COVID virus is real. I don't know if it warrants such drastic measures to control its spread, but it is totally real. And all this talk about Bill Gates wanting to enslave us with vaccines is silly. Most conspiracy theories are just attention grabbers. However, I still think 911 was very suspicious. I'm not saying this for attention. I don't need that much attention. I'm saying it because there are too many gaps in the logic of the official explanation for the attack. Since 2001, the passing of time hasn't made it any more convincing to me. But I have no association with anyone in the 'truth' movement. Those folks will make you look bad. No, I've just come to my own personal conclusions about 911 based on my own observations and research. Another troubling thought occurred when the host wanted people to base their judgement of a claim's authenticity on the appearance of popular support. He said that if a person is making a sensational claim, such as I often do when I speak of the multitude of copyright offences committed by stars against my work, you should only believe it if it has been picked up and embraced by a wide online community. To answer him with his own logic, people don't flock around truth but around falsehoods that appeal to their cognitive biases. Further to that, I don't need any attention here, only justice. Who's all reading tonight? My views look unchanged from the time NBC Dateline illegally featured me on their news program in 2012. Too bad I missed it or I could have posted it on the internet to remind everyone and show them how it didn't increase my views on the web. So am I lying because I don't have the millions of views those stars had? How do we know those stars weren't stealing my views? Who's all reading this now? I had two views then and I still have two views now. Lucky I'm not here for the views. |
