Scared to Near-Death

Scared to Near-Death
Not much to blog about these days. I downloaded a documentary from YouTube that I saw in the cinema in 1978: Beyond and Back. Poor quality video resolution though. It's about near-death experiences. It scared me as a gullible youth, but it makes me laugh now. Filmed entirely in Utah. And if you're a healthy, blond woman of child bearing age, you'd best not commit suicide in the state of Utah. You'll go straight to hell, and they'll grab you by the hair and make you look down into a smelly pit. And in the pit you'll see the sad faces of your unborn children, and hear them crying 'Mommy, don't leave us here!' Then you'll see your unborn grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, all the way down, until the whole pit is stuffed solid with wretched little suffocating unborn children, all of them crying and blaming you for their damnation. So don't do it there. For Christ's sake, take the pain for long enough to drive across the state line before you go driving over any cliffs.

That's all I can really think of for now - except maybe to wish the best of luck to the new U.S. president. May he stay with us for the duration. I guess I'm too busy to write blogs these days.
