Clean Motive - with Amendment
I should at least report that I've found a new home for myself in Vancouver. Needless to say, the chore of moving, combined with my full-time responsibilities, leaves me little time for online activities such as this. I will have home access to the internet at the new place, so hopefully that will make up for it. I've become very clean in my middle age. I've learned that women are more relaxed around men who pay attention to hygiene. I want women to be relaxed around me. If they feel like massaging themselves or anything, I don't want to discourage them. July 8/2021: You know, when I find myself helpless to write such things as the above in my blogs, I recall that 'Jane Blank' parody of Anne Frank I shared here long ago. Perhaps the real laugh in that one was the extreme bad taste of its impulsive author in that moment - though possibly for the second time. Oh well, I tried to apologize for it in a later post entitled Frankophile. Technical Note: To rid yourself of the 'connection not secure' notice, make sure your link starts with 'https' and not 'http'. Glad it only took three or four years to learn that for myself. It's really performers who have a sexual motive, not writers. That must be why so many performers can't write. Too much blood going down below the waistline instead of up into the brain. As for me, I am an author. I get good results from writing, so I enjoy it and do it a lot. I am isolated while I work, unlike performers who surround themselves with people. And, again, unlike performers, I don't need adoring fans, nor do I need anyone else to produce my content. This is not to say that I don't need human contact. I'm human, but a good writer entertains himself. And the huge celebration I was excluded from, featuring music and comedy I wrote when I was alone, was really just to honour unworthy performers, their egos and libidos. They didn't have time to write my work, just to get paid and loved for it. Incidentally, what's the 'great music of the past' that the alternative rock station is talking about in their billboard? Do they mean my old erased YouTube account in the hands of a hundred fraud bands on their station? What do they have left on their playlist from the last 14 years that I forgot and haven't yet rewritten? Too bad I have to ask. It shows there's no justice in this world, just big piles of dirty money all in the wrong hands. A lot of billboards promoting alternative Vancouver, I notice. Amazing that they are allowed to look so legitimate after such a massive heist. Still, they loved my music. At least that's to their credit. |
